- Recruitment of suitable users for the research;
- Where appropriate, develop and scope the user profiles to be recruited, in partnership with the team;
- Implement the approved recruitment approach and recruitment of user profiles;
- Conduct pre-interview screening and briefing over phone to ensure selected users fit the profile;
- Provide brief background/story briefs of each user based on research needs to ensure ease of selection on your end;
- Schedule and coordinate the time & venue for the interviews ; and
- Support in purchase of incentives
